3/4 cup sugar 1 3/4 cup flour 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 can pitted cherries
Beat egg, butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Mix in flour, baking powder and milk. Stir in cherries. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You may want to stir in additional warm milk if pudding is too thick. |
