1 lb. frozen broccoli spears 1 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice 3 chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 teaspoon curry powder 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Cook broccoli and place in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pyrex pan. Cook chicken, cut into large pieces and place on top of broccoli. Cover with mixture of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
