2 salmon steaks (4 ounces each) 2 tablespoons oil 1/4 cup onion, minced 1 teaspoon ginger, grated 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Make a marinade out of the last seven ingredients. Place salmon steaks in a shallow dish and marinate for about 2 hours. Cook over a moderately hot grill for about seven minutes on each side. You can use the leftover marinade to baste the salmon while it is grilling. |
