2 lbs lean ground beef 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup grated potato 1/2 cup grated carrot 2 beaten eggs dash of pepper dash of salt 3/4 cup whole milk 2 cups bread crumbs or unsalted cracker crumbs
Mix all ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for one hour. |
