1 two pound pork tenderloin 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Dash cayenne pepper Salt pepper 1 egg
Heat oil in skillet on stove. Slice pork tenderloin into one half inch slices. Beat egg and place in shallow bowl. make a breading mix by combining flour and spices. Dip pork tenderloin slices into breading and fry in oil for 1 minute on each side. Check the first slice to make sure that they are cooking all the way through. If not, increase cooking time slightly. Serve with brown gravy and mashed potatoes. |
