One 9-inch pie shell 3 eggs 1 and 1/4 cups whole milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/8 cup chives diced 10 strips cooked and crumbled bacon 3/4 cup Swiss cheese
Add crumbled bacon and chives to bottom of pie crust. Mix all other ingredients well and pour in crust. Cook for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let quiche set for 15 minutes before serving. |
