Easy Seafood Chowder Recipe 

8 ounces any cooked seafood in pieces
1/2 cup diced cooked bacon
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
2 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper

Sauté onion in butter in large pan on stove.  Add bacon and potatoes to onions.  Cook until potatoes are tender.  Slowly add seafood, milk, and seasonings to pan.  Cook until all is heated well.  Stir frequently to prevent milk from scalding on bottom of pan.
