5 lbs. chicken wings 12 ounces Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons oregano, ground 1/4 cup parsley, chopped 1teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 stick margarine or butter, melted
Halve chicken wings. Dip in melted butter and then in a mix of cheese and spices. Bake on a cookie sheet for one hour at 350 degrees. |
