3 cups sugar 3/4 cup margarine or butter 2/3 cup evaporated skim milk 1 package chocolate chips 1 jar marshmallow creme 1 cup pecans, chopped finely 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix sugar, butter or margarine, and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir constantly so it doesn't burn. Cook for 5 minutes. Take off heat and mix in chocolate chips. When chips have melted, stir in marshmallow creme and nuts. Pour fantasy fudge mixture into a buttered pan and cool until set. |
