2 large onions sliced 1/3 inch thick 1 egg 1/3 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt Dash black pepper 1 cup dry bread crumbs Oil for frying
Mix egg and milk and dip onion slices into it. Mix bread crumbs, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish and dip onion slices into this mixture. Cook onion slices in hot frying oil until they turn brown. Dry the slices on a section of paper towel before serving. Salt and pepper as needed. |
