4 onions 1 tablespoon butter 2 cans beef broth 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon minced garlic Salt to taste Pepper to taste
Slice onions very thinly and sauté onions and garlic in butter until translucent. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until heated through. Add 1/2 cup whole milk and blend in blender to make a creamy soup. |
