Fried Lobster Tail Recipe 

4 fresh lobster tails
1 egg, beaten
1 cup dried bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Take tail meat from the shell.  Dip in a beaten egg and then into dried bread crumbs.  Drain and then fry in hot oil for 1 to 2 minutes or until done.
