9 inch pie crust (graham cracker or regular) 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 1/2 cup fresh blackberries 1 carton cool whip
Mix sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together until thickened. Very gently fold in blackberries. Spoon into pie crust and top with cool whip. Garnish top of cool whip with a few extra fresh blackberries. Chill overnight or 8 hours. Serves 12 slices. |
