1 1/2 cups shredded carrots 8 ounces Neufchatel cheese 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 1/4 cup garlic, minced 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Combine Neufchatel cheese and cheddar cheese in bowl and stir well. Add shredded carrots and minced garlic and stir well. Place cheese ball mix in fridge and chill 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and roll in chopped parsley. |
