2 pounds sirloin steak 1/2 cup steak sauce 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 cup butter salt, pepper
Over low heat combine butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and steak sauce. Stir well to form a sauce. Season steak with salt and pepper to taste. Cook steak by pan frying or broiling and serve topped with sauce. |
