2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 tablespoons dark molasses
1 tablespoon butter
Place mashed sweet potatoes in buttered casserole dish. Combine butter and molasses in a sauce pan and heat until butter is completely melted. Pour the molasses sauce over the mashed sweet potatoes and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. You may top this dish with marshmallows and brown sugar if desired. |
