2/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup pecans 1 cup Gingersnap cookie crumbs 5 tablespoons melted butter
Process pecans and brown sugar in food processor until finely crushed into a powder. Mix with Gingersnap crumbs. Pour in melted butter and press pie crust into greased pie pan. Makes one Gingersnap pie crust.
