1 smoked ham 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup orange juice grated orange peel from one medium orange
Combine orange juice, brown sugar and orange peel into a glaze in a pan over very low heat. Use glaze on smoked ham before baking. It is a good idea to reserve some of the glaze to reapply to the ham while it is cooking. Bake the ham at 325 degrees for 1 to 2 hours or until temperature reaches 185 degrees. |
