3 1/2 cups sugar 1 pkg. fruit pectin 2 cups grape juice 1 cup warm water
In a large pan mix together pectin, juice, and water. Heat and stir until it reaches a hard boil. Stir in sugar and return to hard boil. Boil hard for one full minute while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add to hot canning jars. Water bath as usual. |
