4 swordfish steaks 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Mix ingredients into a sauce. Grill swordfish over a hot base of coals and paint each side with the honey mustard sauce while cooking about 5 to 7 minutes per side. Forms a nice tasty crust on this grilled swordfish. |
