2 to 4 thick swordfish steaks for grilling
Marinade for grilling swordfish: 1/8 cup olive or salad oil 1/8 cup orange juice 1/8 cup cooking white wine 1 garlic clove, minced 1/4 tsp each salt and black pepper
Combine all marinade ingredients in a glass bowl. Soak swordfish steaks in the marinade for at least eight hours in the refrigerator. Grill swordfish steaks on a hot grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side and baste with the leftover marinade as needed. Fish will be flaky and tender when done. |
