1/2 cup onion 1 lb lean ground beef 15 oz can tomatoes 2 cups elbow macaroni 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
Brown and drain excess fat from ground beef. Cook onions along with the beef. Add tomatoes (do not drain), salt, pepper and bring to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until noodles are soft, approximately 20 minutes. |
