2 lb. bag frozen hash browns; defrosted 3 oz. cream cheese 1 can cream of celery soup 4 ounces milk 1 stick margarine medium onion, chopped 1 cup grated cheese
Heat together to melt and mix cream cheese, soup, milk, margarine. Pour over hash browns and onions. Mix well. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours. |
