Healthy Grilled Salmon Recipe 

2 pounds salmon fillets
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup salt

Make a mix of the brown sugar and the salt.  Pat onto salmon steaks and allow them to cool and season in the refrigerator overnight.  Rinse the excess salt and sugar from the salmon fillets and grill over hot coals until fish is done
