3 3/4 cups sugar 1 1/4 cups corn syrup 1 cup water 1 teaspoon favorite flavoring
Mix sugar, syrup and water in saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Heat to a boil (about 300 degrees). Stir flavoring in gently. Pour onto cooking sheet to cool. Break into pieces when homemade hard candy is cool.
