1 cup sweet peppers, ground 1/2 cup hot jalapeno peppers, ground 6 1/2 cups sugar 6 ounces liquid pectin 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
Add seeded, ground peppers, vinegar, and sugar into pot and mix over low to medium heat. Bring pepper mix to full boil and cook for 5 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat and stir in liquid pectin. Boil again for one more minute. |
