1/3 cup butter 1/3 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon celery salt 1 teaspoon dill, chopped 4 cups whole milk 2 cups chicken broth 1/4 cup onion, diced 3 cups lobster, cooked and diced 1/2 tablespoon paprika 3/4 cup cream
Melt butter in large soup pan. Stir in flour and spices. Stir in milk and chicken broth. Cook on low heat until bisque starts to get thicker. Stir in lobster meat and cream. Cook until lobster bisque is sufficiently hot to serve your guests. |
