4 swordfish steaks 1 cup chopped mango 2 tsp. red onion 1 tsp. minced jalapeno pepper 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 2 tbsp. chopped celery 1 tsp. grated ginger 1 tbsp. lime juice 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. Dijon Style mustard 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Make a swordfish marinade by combining soy sauce, vinegar and Dijon mustard. Allow swordfish steaks to marinate for 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix till combined. Place in refrigerator to chill. Grill your swordfish steaks over medium to high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Do not turn them more than one time. Serve grilled swordfish steaks with a layer of chilled mango salsa and enjoy. |
