Maple Sugar Candy Recipe 

2 cups maple syrup
3/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped marshmallow pieces

Heat maple syrup, milk and butter together until they form a ball.  Temperature should be about 240 degrees.  Let cool slightly and then stir to make creamy.  Mix in marshmallow pieces.  Spread on a baking sheet and let cool.
