2 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup oil 1 cup cream style corn 5 cups flour 1/2 cup water 2 packages instant yeast 1 cup cornmeal 2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 cups shredded jack cheese 1/4 cup canned green chili peppers diced Dissolve yeast in warm water and set to the side. Mix all dry ingredients, except flour and then add liquid ingredients. next mix in flour to form dough. Then add cheese and peppers and mix throughout the dough evenly. Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead several times. Try to make sure cheese and green chiles are distributed evenly throughout bread dough. Put dough in bowl and cover. Let rise for about 1 1/2 hours or until the dough doubles. Then remove dough and smash it down again before placing in to a couple of oiled bread baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
