2 cups cooked cubed beef 1 onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 clove minced garlic 2 cups chopped, cored tomatoes 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon chili powder 1/2 cup warm water
To cook beef, fry in pan with butter or oil until completely browned. Add vegetables to pan and cook with beef until vegetables are tender. Add seasoning ingredients and 1/2 cup warm water. Cook for an additional 15 minutes. |
