6 cups whole milk 1/4 cup flour 3/4 cups celery, diced 1/2 cup onion, diced 1 stick margarine 1 can mixed vegetables 3 cups cooked salmon 2 cups cooked potatoes, diced 1 teaspoon dill 1 tablespoon salt Black pepper to taste Cayenne pepper to taste
Cook celery and onion in margarine until tender. Add milk and continue stirring. Mix in canned mixed vegetables. Finally add salmon and spices for flavor. Cook until everything is well heated and mixed. |
