1/2 pound flaky, boneless fish fillets of your choice 4 slices bacon, cooked 1/4 cup minced onion one pound minced clams, drained 2 cups diced potatoes 1/2 cup boiling water 2 cups milk 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Cook until vegetables are real tender. Serve with sourdough bread for an authentic New Brunswick seafood chowder. |
