1 stick margarine 1 onion, chopped 1 can evaporated milk Salt and pepper to taste 2 cups potatoes, cooked and cubed 1 to 2 pounds cod fish 2 cups milk
Melt margarine in pan and sauté onions in it. Add the fish and cook for 14 to 16 minutes or until fish is flaky. Mash fish gently and add all other ingredients. Cook for 15 to 20 more minutes. |
