1 pound crab meat 1 stick butter 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 cup onion, diced 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 egg, beaten 1 cup bread crumbs
Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion. Add flour and milk and stir. Pour this mixture over the crab meat in mixing bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Place bowl in fridge for 2 to 3 hours. Mixture should be firm and form patties. Dip patties in a beaten egg and dip in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. |
