1 pound cut up stew meat 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 onion, sliced 3 potatoes, sliced 3 carrots, sliced
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place soup and beef cubes in roasting pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Beef will be browned in soup. Add vegetables to pan and stir with beef cubes and soup. Bake an additional 30 minutes. Vegetables should be tender and soft.
