2 salmon fillets 3/4 cup milk 3/4 teaspoons chives, chopped Salt as desired
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon in an oven safe dish and pour in milk. Season with salt and chives. Add any other spices that you like. Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Salmon is done when the center of the oven poached fillet is flakey. |
