Oyster Chowder Recipe 

2 potatoes, diced
1 carrot, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 quart milk
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup butter
4 cups minced oyster meats
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Salt and Pepper

Cook vegetables in a large pan with salty boiling water.  When cooked, drain water.  Add milk, butter, salt, pepper and bring to a rolling boil.  Reduce heat and stir in flour.  Add oyster meat and continue to stir.  Finally add parsley and cook until everything is well heated.
