4 cups flour 2 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup chopped pecans 1 large can peach halves with syrup 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons ground cloves 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 teaspoons allspice 2 teaspoons nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients and blend well. Do not drain canned peaches. Bake in floured cake pan for 90 minutes at 325 degrees. |
