Peanut Chicken Recipe 

4 boneless chicken breasts
2 cups half and half
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons mango chutney
2 tablespoons sherry
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 1/2 cups chopped roasted
   peanuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place boneless chicken breasts in a baking dish just shallow enough to hold them. Pour half and half over chicken breasts and bake for 30 minutes.  Allow to cool and cube in 1 inch cubes.  Blend mayonnaise, chutney, sherry, vinegar, curry powder and turmeric in a blender. Dip chicken in the curried mayonnaise and roll in peanuts.  Chill for 30 minutes.
