2 cups mashed and peeled pear puree 1 cup mashed and peeled apple puree 6 oz. liquid pectin 1/3 cup lemon juice 7 cups sugar
Combine fruit purees with sugar and lemon juice and heat to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in pectin quickly. Return to heat and full boil for one minute. Skim foam and pack in jars. Process in water bath according to altitude. 10 to 15 minutes. |
