5 cups dry pinto beans Water to cover beans 1 teaspoon salt clove minced garlic 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 cup salsa
Soak beans overnight. Drain dirty water from beans and return them to pan. Add fresh water to cover beans and salt. Boil beans for about 4 to 5 hours or until all beans are tender. Drain beans and add other ingredients, mixing well. |
