8 to 10 pounds pinto beans Water to cover Salt and Pepper to taste Garlic Powder to taste Chili Powder to taste
Soak beans overnight. Cook in a very large pan covered with water. You will need to cook these for at least 5 to 6 hours to make sure that beans are tender.
