Heat oil in a pan suitable for frying. Season both sides of pork steaks with a mixture of seasonings. Pan fry steaks for 2 minutes on one side and then flip to cook for 1 minute on the other side. Cooking time varies based on the thickness of the pork steaks and the temperature of the frying oil. Cut into one of the steaks to make sure the meat is white and cooked all the way to the center. Drain the steaks on a paper towel before serving. |
