4 cups prickly pear juice 6 cups granulated sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 package pectin (powdered)
Combine prickly pear juice, lemon juice, and sugar in pan and heat to a boil. Add in powdered pectin and return to full hard boil for one minute. Pour prickly pear cactus jelly into warmed sterilized jars and water bath can for ten minutes. |
