3 1/3 cups flour 2 tablespoons baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 2/3 cups water 2 cups pumpkin 3 cups sugar
Sift together dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Make a well in the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into 3 loaf pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until done. Let bread rest one day before eating, so flavors can meld. |
