1 lemon (sliced) 1 cup raspberries 1 pint boiling water 1 cup sugar 1 cup full strength tea 1 two litre bottle ginger ale
Place fruit in cheesecloth and crush to remove as much juice as possible. Place cheesecloth with crushed fruit inside a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Take the resulting water from the bowl and add it to the fruit juice that you already have. Add sugar and heat juice until sugar dissolves. Mix with tea and allow to cool. Add 1 two litre bottle of ginger ale and serve. Add extra sugar if punch is not sweet enough for you. |
