8 pound goose 4 cans sauerkraut, drained 2 tablespoons Salt Pepper
Clean goose well and remove any excess fat. Rinse inside body cavity and rub with a small amount of salt. Rub goose skin with salt and pepper as desired. Stuff cavity of goose with the drained sauerkraut. Place breast down in a large roasting pan and cook in a 325 degree oven for 25 minutes to the pound. |
