Rock Candy Recipe 

4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups corn syrup
1 cup water

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook.  Measure temperature with candy thermometer.  Temp should reach 300 degrees.  Add flavoring of your choice (1 teaspoon).  Stir and then pour onto flat baking sheet.  Let cool.
