4 slices rye bread 1 can sauerkraut 3/4 cup canned corn beef 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup salad dressing 1 tablespoon catsup 1/2 cup Swiss cheese
Butter casserole dish. Tear up bread and put in bottom. Add 2 tablespoons of butter. Dot some on top of bread. Drain sauerkraut well and layer on bread. Mix corn beef, sour cream, salad dressing, and catsup. Put on top of sauerkraut. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Add Swiss cheese. Bake 5 minutes more. |
